Office Assistant is a critical position to keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently. The main functions of this position are to handle the day-to-day tasks of managing customer communication, documentation and filing. Familiarity with Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google sheets, on-line calendar system, and smartphone apps required. Professional communication skills and confidentiality a must. Will train the right candidate. Current office is in a building with no elevator and two flights of stairs.
Start at 15 to 20 hours a week with option to transition to full-time.
